2018 FaCT Annual Conference FAQs

 

How do I register for the conference?+

Registration for the FaCT Conference opens on February 14th. Tickets will be available at factoc.org/factconference. Please note that ticket sales end on May 11, 2018. If you have any questions please contact FaCT’s Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Brandon Reed, at breed@factoc.org

Can I pay my registration fee through a check or purchase order?+

We do accept checks, purchase orders, and other forms of payment other than credit card. If you would like to pay registration fees through an alternative form of payment please send the name, email, title, organization, preferred meal option (chicken, vegetarian, or vegan) and breakout session choices of each attendee you wish to register along with details concerning your preferred method of payment to FaCT’s Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Brandon Reed, at breed@factoc.org

Where will the conference be held?+

The 2018 FaCT Annual Conference will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge located at 12681 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92840.

How do I change the session topics I chose after I have completed registration?+

Please email any changes you would like to make to your chosen session topics to FaCT’s Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Brandon Reed, at breed@factoc.org Please note that session choices are limited to their corresponding room capacities and your desired change may be unavailable.

I registered for the 2018 FaCT Annual Conference but I am no longer able to attend. How do I request a refund for my registration fee?+

If you would like a refund for your registration fee please email FaCT’s Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Brandon Reed, at breed@factoc.org and he will facilitate your refund whether it was a check, purchase order, or if the order was completed through Eventbrite. Tickets can be transferred to another individual who wishes to attend or can be donated to FaCT as a general donation or as a scholarship opportunity. Refunds will only be issued up to 7 days before the conference.

Does my registration fee include a meal and parking?+

Yes! Your registration fee includes parking, a light breakfast, and a catered lunch the day of conference.

I am having problems registering for the conference. Who can I contact?+

If you are experiencing problems registering for the 2018 FaCT Annual Conference please send an email to FaCT’s Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Brandon Reed, at breed@factoc.org

Can I pay my registration fee at the door?+

We will not be accepting payments for registration the day of the 2018 FaCT Annual Conference. Please register at factoc.org/factconference or by contacting us at info@factoc.org
